In Korea, there is an old story about candle.

I came up with an idea in this story,
and wanted to design a candle holder that could decorate and lead the atmosphere in a room, dining table, or desk.

'SEASONS' is a series of candle holders with the concept of four seasons.
I tried to express the characteristics and atmosphere of each season through color, shape, and material.

It will be used in each season and will be a center piece that changes the atmosphere of the environment.
Now, I will introduce the motif, design and story of each series.

First, when designing the spring series candle holder, I thought of newly blooming flowers.
The flowers that bloom after winter are a pleasant symbol of the arrival of spring.

A pattern designed with petals as a motif was applied to the shape of the candle holder, and the warm spring sensibility was expressed with yellow and green colors.
The lower part of the candle holder stably supports it like a flower cup and leaves.

And the lower part of the candle holder can be used as a vase.
The user can put water and flowers in it, effectively creating an atmosphere that suits the bright spring.

Second, the motif of the summer series is melting ice cube.

Third, the motif of the autumn series is fallen leaves.

The shape of the candle holder was designed with the motif of the twisting and crushing of fallen leaves.

Finally, the motif of the winter series candle holder is a padding jumper.
When we check the chilly weather and take the padding jumper and muffler out of the closet, we realize that winter has come.

I designed the shape with the convex volume of the padding jumper as a motif.
And I wanted to express the warmth of wearing a padding jumper through red color and fabric material.
